Welcome to Golden Serenity! 🌅 Thank you for being here & booking! We are based in Downey, CA and are proud licensed & insured estheticians. Golden Serenity has been established since 2020 and we provide Lashlifts, Facials, Waxing and Brow services. Please read our policies below before booking, thank you! * Unfortunately, we are not wheelchair accessible* POLICIES ______________ Lash Lift Appointments: Come to your Appointment with: NO Makeup, NO Dirty Lashes, NO Extra Guests this includes children 10 minute grace period • if you are more than 10 minutes late (without prior communication) you will be charged a 60% no show fee. Fills • you must have at least 40% of your lashes. If you have less it will be charged a full set. Anything past 21 days is considered a full set. If you are unsatisfied with your service, you have 48 hours to contact your service provider to either fix the issue or come up with a solution. Anytime after 48 hours you take full responsibility & no refunds are given. • Prepare to lay back, have phone on silent, and relax. THIS IS YOUR SELFCARE TIME. (Depending on Appointment time ranges from 30mins to 3 hours) All appointments are subject to be changed or adjusted after initial consultation if a service may not be beneficial for client or there are contraindications NO REFUNDS ADULT MUST BE PRESENT FOR FULL TREATMENT IF CLIENT IS UNDER 18 * Unfortunately, we are not wheelchair accessible*

Cancellation Policy

We will charge 60% of services booked for any no-shows. SAME DAY cancelations (minutes or hours before) will be counted and charged as no-shows. Any no call no shows will be blocked from future bookings. All clients booking through the phone, direct message, text, or off the waitlist will be required to send a deposit of $30
