Golden Serenity has been established since 2020 and I provide Eyelash Extensions, Facials, Waxing, and Brow Lamination services. Please read my policies below before booking, thank you! POLICIES ______________ Come to your Appointment with: NO Makeup, NO Dirty Lashes, NO Extra Guests this includes children 10 minute grace period • if you are more than 10 minutes late (without prior communication) you will be charged a 50% no show fee. Fills • you must have at least 40% of your lashes. If you have less it will be charged a full set. Anything past 21 days is considered a full set. If you are unsatisfied with your service, you have 48 hours to contact me to either fix or remove the lashes. Anytime after 48 hours you will be charged the service needed. • Prepare to lay back, have phone on silent, and relax. THIS IS YOUR SELFCARE TIME. (Depending on Appointment time ranges from 30mins to 3 hours) All appointments are subject to be changed or adjusted after initial consultation if a service may not be beneficial for client or there are contraindications NO REFUNDS NO ONE UNDER 18 YEARS OLD - KARINA ADULT MUST BE PRESENT FOR FULL TREATMENT IF CLIENT IS UNDER 18 - PEGGYBusiness Hours

Cancellation Policy
We will charge 50% of services booked for any no-shows. Same day cancelations (minutes or hours before) will be counted and charged as no-shows.
Any no shows will be blocked from future bookings.
